{Pray; Without Ceasing}

To God, nobody is a nobody. Each individual has a value beyond computation. Our prayers should be in direct proportion to the desperate wickedness from which people need saving. The worse the wickedness, the more the intercession. Nobody should have to go through life without somebody praying for him (or her). (1 Timothy 2:1-4 (NIV)) The ultimate aim of intercession is evangelism – God “wants all men to be saved.” Intercession is not a say-so, but a heart-cry. Our Lord Jesus prayed for us until He sweat drops of blood. He even prayed for the soldiers hammering nails through his quivering flesh. Pray for all men, for Christlessness is terrible. There is only one Savior, and if He is rejected what can people do? Their cry is like Reuben’s when he found Joseph had gone: “And I, where shall I go?” (Genesis 37:30). There is nowhere to go. So, people just drift along, perhaps together, unknowingly heading for hell. Christless religion is hell on earth. Religious leaders killed Jesus. We see it today in unbridled hate, terrorism, murder and oppression in the name of God. Intercession is urgent. Intercession brings divine intervention. We have one generation in which to save a generation, not a century. Let’s pray and preach, pray and preach, pray and preach. God bless you. REINHARD BONNKE

Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus

Fearing God makes us godly. We have a healthy respect for God because of His overwhelming power but also for His unmovable will – nothing changes His purposes. He is great enough to crush us but great enough to show us mercy. The fear of the Lord is the only good fear. Other fears are bad – worry anxiety, dread, and panic, living in mortal dread. That is a terrible state of mind, but there is an answer – to fear God, TRUST JESUS. God bless you today. Good morning from Florida. REINHARD BONNKE

The Cross of Christ

Christ made His way to the Cross with unstoppable determination like He walked on the waves of the sea. He strode on the waves of hate and the foaming anger of men as merely a means to achieve His purposes and reach His goal. Rome, Israel, kings, rulers and scheming priests – the wisdom of God in Christ made fools of them all like a father playing hide and seek with his 2 year old son. The special glory of Jesus Christ was the Cross. The only way to reveal His glory in its true character and substance was in the crimson drops of His own precious blood. Those blood drops are the alphabet from which God writes salvation and glory. O glory, hallelujah! Aren’t you glad? REINHARD BONNKE

May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
Galatians 6:14

And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death–even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
Philippians 2:8-10

If you refuse to take up your cross and follow me, you are not worthy of being mine.
Matthew 10:38 (NLT)
